I've been a customer for about 5 years. Service is always good here. Sometimes if you call during busy times, they may not be able to answer the phone. The USPS NEVER answers their phone. I highly recommend.
I´ve been with them since 1993 and no complains, the service si efficient and they are kind and always ready to help....
Today I called US Mail and More and the gentleman who explained the P.O. Box services was very kind and professional. They are not as inflexible as as the staff at UPS STORE in McAllen. I will further test this service.
Organized. Will find your stuff. Not good at real time communication via phone, email, or fax. You have to go in person.
This place is a joke! They never shipped off my package and don't know where its at, they never answer the phone and now I've got to get the US Postal to investigate on WHAT HAPPENED TO MY PACKAGE!
