Groomers here have a really bad attitude twords their clients and dogs. My babies would always cry when we would get their and several times noticed cuts and burns on them. Wouldn't recommend going here.
I took my dog, Daisy Mae, a Bichon Frise, for the first time to Fifi. She came out looking beautiful and was she happy. Daisy Mae was not stressed out like she had been with her previous groomer. I already had friends inquiring where I got her groomed.
My pug smelled great and was no where near as stressed out as I thought she would be. Very friendly staff
Fifi's...? More like fleasfleas! I brought my little yorkie here and she came back full of ticks! She never goes outside because she is so small. No problems before coming here!
EXCELLENT! Just took my pet here for the first time. Was greeted warmly as I entered and asked what I wanted done to my pet. After giving the information and handing her over to them I left and was shortly contacted by the salon to verify and get more detail for my pet, since it was the first time that she was going to be groomed by them. With in a very short time (compared to my other groomer) I was called and told that she was ready. I picked up my pet and found her to be relaxed and happy on the grooming table with out the leash around her neck. I was told that she didn't need it because of how at ease she was. She smelled great, was groomed beautifully, and with a cute bow on. I will definitely bring her back and I highly recommend Fifi's to anyone.
