The food is good but the service sucks. Girl at the register rolled her eyes at the customer she was attending. If you had a bad day then ask for a personal day. Don't make a 30 min lunch worse for someone else. 7/5 would not go back just because of the service.
I highly recommend this place.. the food is great and the staff is extremely friendly.. they even come to your table to ask if they made your sandwich to your liking.. OH AND THE BREAD

I dont get to eat Firehouse Subs very often but when I do I am always satisfied. This time was no diffrent. This location was clean, the service was good and the sub was very tasty. I think the ingredients just taste better than the other "Sub" place. Look forward to returning. Love the soda dispenser!
Drive from the lower valley just to eat here, that's how great the subs are. Need one definitely in Brownsville.
