Short, glasses and facial hair, hispanic guy. Very matter of fact, no greeting, no smile, no thank you. Didn't have my key although I had called ahead and described it and a woman said they indeed did have it. I was one of three guys that walked in about the same time. He gave them the same treatment. All of us left within seconds of one another. The guy's a prick.
Warranty on all the keys they make, fast service, they program keys and remotes. Great selection of safe's friendly service.
Guthries can make any key for any lock, keys that you can't get made anywhere else. They also have a great selection of decorative keys and key holders. The times I've been there they've been working on keys for vehicles as well.
Would NOT recomend. My business is 1 block away and they wanted to charge $45 "TRIP FEE", when asked if it would go towards the service charge lady laughed and hung up the phone!
