Other 2 stars, was because of mediocre food, high prices and overall experience.
Food is good, but the wait staff is lacking. We've had very good servers here, but the last time we went, our waitress took a long time to get us our food, drinks and check. Almost two hours for what was supposed to be a quick lunch. This was the first time we left without leaving a tip, since the waitress ran our credit card and said she would be back with a paper receipt for us to sign. After 15 minutes went by, we took off. Management needs to schedule more wait staff, especially during lunch. 2 hours for lunch is not acceptable.
Overall, the place was ok.
Love this place I've been going for the past years and they treat us like family. The food is really good and they have a variety of beer. I totally recomend this place.

Great food & nice environment! Our waiter was attentive and polite.
Food: I ordered the Grilled Chicken Alfredo, and before I go on any further.. my plate had around 3 lbs of pasta and could feed a whole family of 4! (This was a quantity over quality)
I was instantly overwhelmed by the 20 page book of a menu..
When they say "freshly squeezed lemonade" trust me it is not, and I sent the drink back!
And the Mrs' ordered Parmesan Crusted Chicken which was a bit dry, but overall OKAY.
Great food ( specially the new enlightend menu items). Loved the presentation for my beverage and food. Quick service . Server was great , she was super attentive and nice ( has improve greatly ).
Presentation on that was appealing, but once you start eating it, you realize it's not baked.
Place is very nice and has friendly staff, but has it's ups and downs.
Appetizer: we ordered cookie with ice cream dish, but was more like cookie dough.
Prices were ridiculously high for such MEDIOCRE food!
Wanted to take my wife (nine years) for mother's day to some place nice, and stumbled upon BJ's. It was around 1pm, the place was somewhat full, but there was plenty of tables available and was seated quickly.
