My experience has great. My uniforms, shirts and jeans are always cleaned and pressed nicely. They are ready on time and I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees.
Been going here for a few months now and my clothes is always on time and neatley pressed. The ladies show me respect and honestly the price is better than many other cleaners I've been too. Not one piece has ever been ruined. I'm actually omw to pick up clothes rite now:) Great place for dry cleaning and pressed work. If you want something tailored go to a company that specifies in that work. Don't be cheap people. Too look good you have to pay the price 11/12/17
4 Shirts ruined at this place out of 7, worst customer service ever... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, DO NOT TRUST YOUR VALUED CLOTHING IN THIS PLACE EVER, employees justifying themselves and not even able to solve issues, more than $800 DAMAGE and this place did not even ATTEMPT to fix their damages.
I had been coming to city cleaners for a while now. I'd say a couple of years but the name was different before. Well, either the lady who was there today had no idea what she was talking about but to simply launder 3 toddler casual cotton dresses was outrageous! The lady there also took over 10 minutes to quote me. Never going there again! I'd give the rating a 0 star but I had to pick one.
Wow! Just needed minor alterations on 2 shirts... $43 !!! Outrageous price! Could have bought new shirts for that price! Very low quality work and overpriced!! NEVER going back there again! Save your money & go to another cleaners that does better quality work! The term "highway robbery" comes to mind! :( Like others that have reviewed, I would have given a big fat 0 on the stars but had to choose 1 star!
