Horrible service spoke to Aurora the manager about some bracelets we had just bought 1 day ago and we ask to see if they could exchange them for a different type of bracelet and he answer was it's store policy that we don't exchange jewelry if you don't like what I am trying to explain to you take it up with the general manager in the morning but it's gonna be the same answer and hung up on me . Please save yourself the time and shop where they value you as a customer.
I bought a two shirts from there and they felt so cheaply made like I could have made them and they were 20$ each :( and I also bought a perfume the cashier was trying to sell to me and when I opened it in the car on the way home but the top was broken and I also got underwear and it ripped. You're better off going to forever 21 :( I really wanted to like this store

I love their style! They have very trending clothing and they offer male and female styles unlike forever 21. It's perfect for tomboys because you can combine their clothes to create your own style
