I would rather drive to Harlingen than down to street to this place. As soon as we drove up, the employee that approached us didn't greet us, instead began to bad mouth the team on my husband's jersey. Then, the individual that was assigned to clean our pick up, did not do a worthy job. $30 later... and an hour and a half down the drain... we came home and my husband had to bust out some spray was and cloth to clean it again. We feel cheated. Giving heard earned money to a business that lacks customer service and worthy product. I wish we would have read the reviews on here. Management, do yourself a favor and revamp your place.

Never and I mean NEVER again will I come here. 2 days just about 4 hours and they still can't clean my car. I paid for a wax which they couldn't finish in an hr and 20 minutes yesterday so they told me that just take it and come back to have it washed and finished again. Left it for 2 hrs and came back to my car sitting in the same spot with the interior still lacking vacuum and seats not even touched. But told "its done". What exactly was done? Now sitting here watching their "best guy" clean my car. Thanks Mr Manager, the outside still has spots but I guess you could care less about your customers. Even the 1st attendant from yesterday walked me out and stated that the job was very poor. What does that tell you?
They wash the car inside out for about $12. Can't beat the price. They've always been helpful and nice. The actual facility is a little run down but the service is great.
They do a good job. I have work vehicles detailed here. The reason I am giving two stars is I was there 45 minutes to have my car detailed. If they were busy, this would be fine. However they were not. I was the only car there. The one guy was working hard on the truck, but his six co-workers were just sitting there around the truck while he worked. They were even coming over and talking to the guy and standing there, but not helping with the truck. What could have been 15 minutes with 2-4 guys knocking it out was 45. Even if that one guy gets the tip, his co-workers can assist to help their friend and for customer service.
