I use to love this place, but now the kids they have hired as super rude and don't even pay attention when you place your order. The last few times i have gone they get my order wrong and then when i tell them its wrong they give attitude. Today i told the guy it was wrong and he just poured the drink he had made to add more into it then blended it again. There is no customer service here anymore. Definitely not going back anymore, I'll go to coffee zone.
I love this place. But for the past 5 times the kids working there are extremely rude and they always get my orders wrong. Very disappointing. Not going back anytime soon.

The kids there didn't want to be there and when my aunt and my sister ordered something they erased it. My aunt USED to love that place but not anymore. What the bad part is..... Is that we paid and we wanted our money back and they gave us back a 20 when we paid 28 dollars and some change.. This happened at the Plaza mall.. WORST coffe place. Now I only like Starbucks at there they don't rip me off
