I felt like I was in a sauna all the way to Austin. I politely ask the driver to adjust the AC and he responded open your vents they are closed which they were not rude rude rude
Should’ve just purchased online, the guy over charged me. He circled 2 different boarding # so how am I supposed to know what bus to get on. When I called the next day to ask about being over charged the lady asked for what route and what day and she told me a price and said it was $15 more dollars then the original price I paid. So she was basically telling me double the price online So unorganized, and the manager or head guy that was there was no manager at all he was walking around eating like nothing not paying attention to make sure people were doing their job right.
They never answer the phone!! Terrible customer service.
Sent a pair of tennis shoes from the Valley to San Antonio as a gift ,Greyhound charged me $20 .,way to much,at the same time I'm having a pair of tennis shoes shipped from Canada for the same price ..first and last time .
The woman at the ticketing counter who checked me on my bus to Houston on 10/05/16, the 11:30pm route, tried to rob me by faking that my credit card wouldn't go through for the extra baggage charges and over charging me $20. She claimed my 3rd bag would be $30,but after I gave her the cash and checked the receipt I saw the charge was only $10,so I demanded my money back and she handed my $20 back right away. People be careful of this woman, and rest assured I am going to report this.
