I have been a customer of this wonderful establishment for over a year now. I recommend them to everyone I know and I have always had wonderful encounters with everyone that works there. I have never tasted anything there that I haven't later had a craving for! Roberta and her staff have always been so accommodating and gracious for my business. Their creations are not only beautiful to admire but taste incredibly delicious to boot! Everything you taste there leaves your taste buds dancing for more! Thank you, CC's for being the epitome of what it means to provide impeccable customer service and tasty treats that speak for themselves!
Visited for 1st time today
I've visited a few times before and the service has been hit and miss but for the most part good. However, when I visited yesterday, the girl at the front counter was inattentive and was focusing on reprimanding a coworker on a minor issue rather than serving customers, which made my friend and I a bit uncomfortable. She talked to us in a rude tone and when my friend asked for a different box for her cupcake the employee was obviously bothered, and flung the perfectly good box she was already setting up into the trash. Overall their pastries are okay and taste pretty generic but you can definitely find similar or better at other locations for a better price and with better service.
We have been loyal customers since they first opened. I have yet to find a place that can compare to their originality and creativity. Everything I have tried over the years has been delicious! Let's not forget to mention how kind and friendly not only the owner is but also the staff. I purchase all of my cakes and cupcakes for special occasions and I am impressed everytime! I don't know how they do it to create such fun and exciting goodies but I am grateful! :) This is a really cute and fun boutique to visit and both adults and children will love to come here time and time again!
