Very crowded but kids definitely had fun. They play a lot of music and have nice games to play and a obviously a lot of trampolines. You do have to SIGN a disclaimer that you take full responsibility for your kids. But there is a lot of ppl looking out for them at all times. There’s also a snack bar and they have pizza for the kids and if you take more than 5 kiddos or ppl you do get a great bargain.
Very bad experience. We sat on a table and we left all our stuff there and when we can back to the table the party next to our table had all sat down. I spoke to manager Sharon and she said that I had to move our stuff. She did help at all. Very rude

Awesome center . Wonderful staff. Great for special needs kids. My son loves this place. Compared to the other jump places. Two thumbs .great job!!
Today is black Friday and they have a amazing deal $10 all day jump. So I promised my kids we can go after we get some stuff done.We got to the park at 5:40pm of course there was a line but that's expected. While watching people get pissed off cause they kept getting sent to fill out waiver, I know that I had filled one out about 2 weeks before so I should be good. Well after 45 minutes of waiting in line I get told we are sorry put computers cleared everyone's waivers and you will have to go and fill out a new one and wait all over again in the 45 minute line. I was pissed but it's not me to make a issue with alot of kids around and it wasn't the cashiers fault. The one I'm mad at is the owners and manager of the place knowing that all the waivers got wiped they should have posted it on their Facebook page at least so people didn't wait in like to only get turned around. Would have had paper copies at front desk so if need people didn't have to get in line. Needless to say they know we had no choice so they really didn't care at all. I gave 3 stars cause the place is great fun for kids but the management needs to get there act together.
